At the 2024–2025 Academic Year Opening Ceremony held at the Beştepe National Congress and Culture Center and organized by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK), a research project supported by our UXLab team was honored with a distinguished award.

İTÜ PhD graduate Dr. Tülay Karakaş, along with her advisors Assoc. Prof. Dilek Yıldız Özkan and Assoc. Prof. Gökhan İnce, received the "Fine Arts and Architecture Award" within the scope of the YÖK Outstanding Achievement Awards for her dissertation titled "An Architectural Research Framework for the Neuroscience of Human Experience."

This interdisciplinary dissertation stands out by focusing on the neuroscience of human experience within the field of architecture and is composed of three original academic publications. We sincerely congratulate Dr. Tülay Karakaş and her advisors Assoc. Prof. Dilek Yıldız Özkan and Assoc. Prof. Gökhan İnce for this remarkable achievement and wish them continued success.
